YO GABBA GABBA LIVE!

This past weekend, we took the girls to see Yo Gabba Gabba Live! Being a veteran of the show, Alex kept telling Izzy that "[her] head was going to explode!" Needless to say, they were both very excited!

Waiting for the show to start...

Getting a little antsy...

The show has begun, sheer joy!

Alex and Izzy were asked to come on stage to hang and dance with Biz Markie. Alex was all over it! She danced her tush off in front of 3,000 people. Izzy decided to try it out too and realized after a few minutes that it just wasn't for her and had no qualms about walking off stage while all the craziness was going on! We, of course, were proud of both of them for very different reasons :)

We got to take pics with all the characters after the show.

All in all, a super fun and exciting night!

Halloween Weekend

This weekend was very busy! It started out with Izzy taking a day off of school on Friday and it was all about....

THE POTTY!!! By the end of the weekend, she had it down. We shall see if wearing clothes and going to school throws her for a loop but the kid was AWESOME!!! Go Izzy!

Saturday morning we all stepped out (including Gamma who arrived just in time for the show!) for Alex's performance with the Galloping Caterpillars and Rock Band Land. Alex looked so comfortable on stage singing Miss Beluchis, the song that her and her friends wrote, it was amazing. Woohoo Alex!

As if that wasn't enough for the weekend, Alex attended a Pirate Party... Argh! And then we came home to carve pumpkins with some friends... 4 kids, 8 pumpkins transformed. Check out the Foofa Pumpkin Daddy made for Alex!!

Happy Halloween!!!

Alex's Festival Appearance

Alex performed her Rockband Land hit, Edward, today at the SF Kids Music Festival. She and her friends definitely rocked it! Her biggest fan, Izzy, was jamming in the audience.

After the performance we celebrated by hitting the food trucks...

And what festival is complete without a little facepaint...

What a day!!!
